One minor revision should be compatible and I went through your xend
debug and can't find any really useful information. Perhaps something
is missing that is needed, like disk controller drivers, because those
are probably the most critically needed. It should be something generic
that's always built with the default Fedora 8 kernel config, but you
should check. Does the system even boot at all under Xen? (Like VNC
and initial startup routines, kernel debug, etc. independent of what Xen
spits out)
