I just remind same issue at SNV85 Dom0. That time Bernd Schemmer suggested to 
disable
checksums offloading at CentOS 5.1 DomU :-
# ethtool -K eth0 tx off
Same command works fine for CentOS 5.1 DomU at SNV93 Dom0. 
Nothing has been changed since build 85. This time i'll make a blog entry.
To fix it quickly in future.
