The build instructions assume that you're on SX:CE, and have
the studio12 compiler installed:
http://opensolaris.org/os/community/tools/sun_studio_tools/
Building the xen bits should be no problem using the
above mentioned build instructions.
For the dom0 kernel you have to do a "ON" compilation, which
I described here:

With opensolaris 2009.06 things are a bit different.

installed on opensolaris for an "ON" compilation:
