Is there a reason that you chose to use the bnx interfaces rather than e1000g?

I've no experience with bnx (and it's a closed driver, which is always an 
irritation). _Lots_ of people use e1000g, meaning that it's both better tested 
and quicker to get fixed when broken.

Hmm - interesting that it doesn't use MSI.
