Xen/IA64 Healthiness Report 11416 do has 11414 issues, when try several times creating/destroying multi Guest at the same time. For example, VTI domain or XenU creating failed with error message: "Error: Device 768 (vbd) could not be connected. Hotplug scripts not working."
Other issues is if doing continuous creating/destroying VTI domain (only sleep 20 seconds between creating/destroying), VTI domain and Xen0 might be hang. This issue is also caught in Changeset 11333.
