* debian/control:
- Don't Build-Depend on golang-any-shared-dev; it didn't exist in the
xenial release.
- Drop mentions of libgolang-golang-x-crypto1 which would be the shared
library bits we can't build.
- golang-golang-x-crypto-dev should remain Architecture: all.
* debian/golang-golang-x-crypto-dev.install: don't try to install files in
/usr/lib/*/gocode, which won't exist if we're not building shared libs.
* debian/patches/build_poly1305_sum.patch: build correctly the poly1305
package with Go1.6.
