- Remove debian/10-flash, debian/adobe-flashplugin.install.in,

- Remove debhelper overrides from debian/rules.
- Remove Adobe license from debian/copyright.
- Remove unneeded dependencies from debian/control

- Add debian/adobe-flashplugin.maintscript to handle conffile cleanup
