I have donwnloaded the latest code and built it
using VC6 on NT.
I am trying to run some sample applications from
Apache on my machine. The sample applications are supposed to parse XML
documents and do different simple things like printing and counting records
etc.
The XML Parser I have setup on my machine is
xerces-c1_3_0-win32. But when sample application calls
XMLPlatformUtils::Initialize(); it throws an exception which says "Could not
load a transcoding service". Does anyone know whats happening or what am I
missing?
Any help, pointers, reference are appreciated
