I have attempted to utilize VisualAge C++ 4.0 to build this parser on NT.
As it stands, the current configuration file (XML4C2X.ICC) that came with
the download (XML4CSRC3_3_1.zip) is nothing close to being correct for the
source provided. I understand that there is some skinnying down that I
have to do in respect to DOM vs. SAX choices and the like, but I still find
that I'm missing a number of files required to build this. Now I am a
newbie to XML and I'm sure that has something to do with understanding
everything, but if anyone has followed this path before, I'd love to hear
about it and cull a suggestion or two (or twenty) from you on successfully
building this parser - updated .ICC file, some hints, docs, etc.
