Hello,
My name is Kevin Livingston, I am new to the list, and to Xerces in general, but I am
working hard at it. I am currently involved in a project where I need to do XML
parsing/editing etc. on VxWorks. I know a little about the Xerces implementation and
we (my co-workers and I) have used the Java implementation of Xerces, however, now we
would like to experiement with the C++ implementation due to limitations of the Java
Virtual Machine available for VxWorks right now, and several other considerations.
If anyone has any experience with performing such a port (Xerces to VxWorks or really
just porting Xerces in general) I would be happy if they would share any information
with me. I can be mailed directly if you would feel that it would clutter the list
etc.
I am not asking you to do my work for me, I really don't like doing that, but...
basically just that I am open to suggestions if you have them, or maybe there is a
publically available port sitting out there somewhere that I just don't know about.
So, I figure it doesn't hurt to ask.
