Apache Web page maintainers: could we make the archives links (on
http://xml.apache.org/mail.html as well as
http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/index.html) point to this site? Covalent has
been down for ages, MARC seems reliable, and every third message lately
starts with "The archives seem to be down."
