The Xerces-C parser builds a DLL (on Windows) that
contains an event based parser that supports the
SAX and SAX2 interfaces along with a DOM implementation.
There is not a separate code base for the SAX parser
and the DOM implementation and there are not separate
code bases for Windows vs other platforms. The
source and binary drops are available for different
platforms, but the source is the same.
Last night's source + Win32 binaries can be downloaded from
http://xml.apache.org/dist/xerces-c/nightly/2001-05-14/xerces-c-2001-05-14-win32.zip
The absolute latest source can be downloaded from
