You may need to build XML4C on your VAC following the steps as
described at
http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/build-winunix.html#faq-2, and then use it as
a
precomiled dll to see if you still have the include directives problem. Or
you
post the details of the problem, which may help others to idenfity the
problem.
