Hi!
I'm desperate , 'cause I've successfully compiled Xerces 1_3 under
BCB4and i'm trying to make a getAttribute and get a value written in
german (i.e. chars like �) but Xerces under bcb4 makes a lot of
confusion reading chars like that.
I really need a solution!
