You can either post your changes here in the mailing list
([EMAIL PROTECTED]) or post in the Bugzilla database component Xerces-C
(http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/).
And please provide specific build instruction (if there is any). See
http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/build.html for sample instruction format.
