Well, the in memory is hard compiled for one language, so you'd have to have
a separate DLL version for every language you wanted to support. If you use
the msgcat (unix) or the .RC based Win32 loaded, you have the option of
dynamically using the local language if more than one translation if
available. There is only an English version available now, so there probably
isn't any loss in using the in memory one.

Some multi-lingual person out there should provide a translation, if for no
other reason than to prove that it all works.

My I use InMemMsgLoader for all platform (which my product supports:
