In Xerces/C 1.5.0 there is no "external" method for specifying schemas;
"schemaLocation" specifications embedded in a document are the only way of
associating a namespace with a schema file. Are there any plans to add a
method to Xerces/C to provide a means of instructing the parser on which
schema files to use? If so, when can we expect this capability to be
available?
