SAXCount using personal-schema.xml

I have tried the SAXCount example and I am unable to use the validation.   SAXCount -v=always -s personal-schema.xml   Above is the command line arguments I pass.   Also is it possible to perform the same functionality using the MemParse example ?????   Tony.
