Now that Xerces-C 1.5.1 is safely out, I'd like to ask for permission to change the include directory to /include/xercesc. This is so that it matches 'make install', which now puts headers in <prefix>/include/xercesc/. The include directory is generated, so this will not require any cvs surgery.
