Although XML4C 3.5.0 is based on Xerces 1.5.0, a number of major bug fixes that
found shortly after Xerces 1.5.0 was released have been included in XML4C 3.5.0
already. For example the memory leak fix, namespace got turn on by default in
SAXParser, and Bugzilla bug 2257 ... etc. are already included in XML4C 3.5.0.
