How to catch DTD declaration using SAX

Hello all ,

How can I catch the DTD details while parsing a xml file using SAX ?

The unparsedEntityDecl() or notationDecl() are not catching DTD declaration
in a XML file while parsing .

Pl. help me to solve this problem ASAP since this is very critical for me.
