Better be the same location (i.e.
http://dialspace.dial.pipex.com/town/plaza/gy90/xerces-c/stable/). As mentioned
earlier, we just check this URL from time to time, and put the package into the
experimental folder whenever there is a new copy. About when to do the build
and refresh the URL, it's all your call.
