Your report references the Windows platform, I've been testing against W2KSP2. I've tried samples: DOMCount DOMTest EncodingTest EnumVal MemParse IDOMCount SAX2Count SAX2Print SAXCount with both debug and release configurations. Each sample was modified in the same way: the main() function was renamed to test() and a main function was added to call the test() function 100 times. Each test completed without error. My guess is that you are using Xerces-1.5.1. Please check this.
