Memory Leak in transcode

           Summary: Memory Leak in transcode
           Product: Xerces-C++
           Version: 1.5.1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Utilities
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

transcode() allocates memory and returns the pointer. In windows, there is a
problem when extrnally deallocating memory that had been allocated in a DLL. It
is, strictly speaking, a DLL problem. However, it is quite simple to write the
code in order to avoid this problem.
