when updating from CVS I saw that the maintainers have applied the
"sane include" change, i.e. everything is now moved one directory
level deeper under "xercesc".
The scripts you are looking for are now in src/xercesc/.

I have not seen any announcement on the list and was as surprised as
you before I found out what was going on... (But after that I did
recall that Tinny Ng was talking about going ahead with "sane include"
a while ago -- you might want to check the archives for the full
story.)
