Dear Friends and Evert,
Does anyone have a version of Evert's DOMSerializer that doesn't
use namespaces and smart pointers? Or maybe another serializing code? I am
writing a converter from a different format to XML that needs to be as
portable as possible, so I'd like to avoid adding any more requirements
beyond the ones from xerces...
