Title: RE: Getting error on valid xml doc
The document seems to be absolutely valid.
You have probably turn on the validation, that is why the parser throws this error
(Unknown element 'XMLGUI' ( line 5, char 8 )).
This is the correct behaviour.

It appears to be at the <![CDATA[ROOT = 0, ELEMENT = 1, CHARDATA = 2, etc.]]>.  Here's the actual document I used.
