Do you keep your RH 7.2 box updated using RH's up2date? Reason I ask is because they have released quite a bit of package updates, notably the glibc package. RH says that binary compatibility stays intact but it would be a warm & fuzzy for myself and possibly other Linux users if you compile with all the latest official updates. Reason being that it's always easier to upgrade packages then to revert them (without forcing them that is).
