Xerces c++ parser + icu + borland c++ builder ??

Hi,       I've developing an application which use xerces c++ parser. In addition, I need to use ICU library. My development platform is Borland C++ Builder 5. I have worked with with xerces parser well but I couldn't find a way to integrate icu with xerces and c++ builder. As far as I know, this task is straigtforward in vc++ 6 environment. If you show me a way for doing this in borland c++ builder environment, I will be very appreciated.    PS: Do you think I must convert project to vc++ :)   Thanks.
