Sounds like it, but not really.  There will be few DOM_Documents 
referencing/dereferencing an IDDocumentImpl, so this adds little overhead.  And 
since reference counting on other nodes is performed only when they are not 
part of a document, there is little overhead there as well.  The vast majority 
of ID*Imp use will not incur any reference counting.
