xerces sinix port

Hi,

I have ported Xerces 1.7.0 to Sinix
    Only g++ (not sinix CC) has been tested
    g++ does not support shared libraries on sinix

I have tried to send You an archive containing all  modified files but the
mail returned:
"ezmlm-reject: fatal: Sorry, I don't accept messages larger than 100000
bytes (#5.2.3)"
