schema not found doesn't result in exception nor warning

I have installed an ErrorHandler, so I was indeed able to catch the warning.I am
just surprised I had to do this to make the program work correctly.

If you request validation and you can find no schema file to do so, then I think
it's a fatal error and the default behaviour should be to throw an exception to
prevent you from going any further.But it's just my personal opinion.
