I have posed this question in the past with no reply. Is there no one on
this list who can clarify my issue?
How can I differenciate between local and global elements. I understand
SchemaElemDecl has a enclosing scope which I can use for this. However if
you have a content spec as PARENT (CHILD1, CHILD2) given the
PARENT SchemaElemDecl, I can get the the content spec (ContentSpecNode). But
ContentSpecNode only tells the QName but NOT if it is local or global. How
can I distinguish and say CHILD1 is a local element or a global element in
the context of PARENT.
