CodeWarrior Win32 support patches

Attached are three source file diffs, and an archive that contains
CodeWarrior project files in xml format to build Xerces for the Win32
platform.  The archive should be uncompressed in the Projects/Win32
directory.  The attached patches are to solve a problem with mbstowcs
and wcstombs behaving differently in the Metrowerks standard library.

Please let me know if there are any issues with these changes.
