Have you checked whether the files are actually there in your directories?
(use find or something similar)

If so, did you set up the XERCESCROOT env. var. correctly? First Time I did
it, the writing was so small I missed the 'C' out and it didn't work in a
vaguely similar way.

Good luck,
Robin W.

Subject: clarification for installing xerces-c question

Sorry! What I meant to send was the output of make, not the runConfigure!
However, it is so long I haven't been able to capture the output (only the
first half of it, which looks ok to me).

Then, I got an error: AbstractDOMParser.cpp:80:44:
xercesc/dom/impl/DOMAttrImpl.hpp: no such file or directory. Then I get the
same error message on several other files in the same direcotyr
(DOMTextImple.hpp, DOMDocumentImpl.hpp, DOMDocumentTypeImpl.hpp,
DOMElementImpl.hpp, DOMEntityImpl.hpp, DOMEntityReferenceImple.hpp,
DOMNotationImpl.hpp, DOMNodeIDMap.hpp)

Then it goes into a bunch of other errors.

Thank you.

Sarah
