Can element names have colon(:)
in them. The issue is I have a DTD from omg which has tags
like xmlns:CWM. (http://cgi.omg.org/docs/ad/01-02-04.txt)
Does
DTDHandler handle namespaces in DTDs??? I guess it is just considered as a name.
Could
anyone clarify.
