A sequence of earlier errors had led to the BeOSDefs.hpp file having incorrect case, and then being renamed to BeOSDef.hpp in order to keep cvs happy. I believe I have fixed these problems, in a way that will cause no pain.
I've reinstated the name BeOSDefs.hpp, and fixed up references to it (I think). Could any BeOS users please verify the source in cvs?
