Hey All, I'm getting ready to release a version of Xerces-P for 2.3, and I've discovered a few minor things that appear to have changed since 2.2.
The first is that creating LocalFileInputSource with a bad relative URL, say to a file that doesn't exist, used to create an XMLException, but now it doesn't, instead the parser throws a fatal error at parse time. Was this changed on purpose? No problems, I just wanted to check.
