DOMBuilder and DOMWriter.
Actually, that attribute was added earlier (it was certainly in the
9th April 2002 draft, and has been ever since), but that's irrelevant
of course.

OK. I suggest the best approach would be to create some new files with
the new names, for starters. Then we have to decide exactly how a
DOMInputStream and a DOMReader would be implemented (the more I think
about it, the more I think DOMInputStream is what I want to be able to
set - since I have am starting from a UTF-8 encoded array of bytes).
