Hi!
I still get errormessages when I try linking.
My guess is that there is a problem with version etc. This is an output
from my
UNIX-machine:
CC Cluster(nod1)% uname -a
SunOS sadbcc1 5.8 Generic_108528-19 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-80
CC Cluster(nod1)% CC -V
CC: Sun WorkShop 6 update 2 C++ 5.3 Patch 111685-08 2002/06/02
The file I downloaded is:
xerces-c2_2_0-Sol2.7ForCC.tar.gz
Is compatibility my problem?
The major problem while linking is the following symbols (which I can't
find
any information about in the docs about the compiler):
Undefined first referenced
symbol in file
std::istrstream::~istrstream() lib/libxalan-c1_5_0.so
std::ostrstream::~ostrstream() lib/libxalan-c1_5_0.so
std::ostrstream::ostrstream() lib/libxalan-c1_5_0.so
std::istrstream::istrstream(const char*,long) lib/libxalan-c1_5_0.so
I just realized that these are not connected to Xerces in anyway...so the
question might be a little bit out of place here, but I don't know anyone
else
that can help me right now. Gotta do some reading about Xalan.
