For the Linux Xerces-C++ users... With the proposed patch I provided in bug 22565, I was able to build xerces-c++ 2.3.0 on Linux on AMD64 using the SuSE SLES 8 (powered by United Linux 1.0) distribution.
I was also able to build 32-bit Linux for PSeries, using the SuSE SLES 8 distribution, with no changes required. Regards, David A.
