Thanks for the patch. I've committed it. Thanks too for your note that the "correct" code is commented out. I had commented that out because of a fear (ill-advised memory???) that the support for global operator new [] (the array version) was added late in the standard, and that we'd face language compatibility issues if we called it across the board. Can you comment? Am I on Mars? (which is, granted, quite close right now?)
