Hi,
I have taken a quick look at the spec and it seems to me you can
only have "."
decimal has a lexical representation consisting of a finite-length
sequence of decimal digits (#x30-#x39) separated by a period as a decimal
indicator.
Is there somewhere in the spec that says you can use ","? Or am I
misunderstanding your request?
