I've just updated my source to use that from CVS - to do this I got WinCVS
from <http://cvsgui.sourceforge.net/> and python from
<http://www.python.org/>
Once installed I entered the information given at:
<http://xml.apache.org/cvs.html#AnonCVS> to download all the latest Xerces
code from CVS

As mentioned in other posts, the VC7 project in CVS has several files
missing (and a 'C' file "XSNamedMap.c in framework\psvi ?) - this isn't that
hard to fix & get things linking, but you may want to wait for the fix that
is shortly to be added.
