Hi James,
Sorry for the duplicated effort. As a bit of a heads-up, in the next
couple of weeks a great deal of work looks likely to be done on grammars
(and everything to do with them) to accomplish the
statelessness/PSVI+schema component model goals that we all agreed to for
the next release. Hence, the chances of inadvertent problems arising that
will break CVS builds on certain platforms will be far greater than usual.
Patience appreciated. :)

This issue should now be resolved in cvs. Note that the fix was to
remove several inlines as you suggest, and/or move them to .hpp. Neil
and I patched this at almost the same instant, apparently.
