XML DECLARATION

Hi,       I am trying to create a document without the xml declaration. I.e <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>     Is that doable?       createDocument(NULL, X("bla"), NULL);  keeps adding it in there.     Regards and thanks,   Mark
