I've unilaterally decided to deprecate support for the Mac OS X Project Builder environment, and add new projects for Xcode. Project Builder is no longer supported by Apple under Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther), and Xcode is its replacement going forward.
What this means is that for the present I won't be updating the Project Builder projects. If you are a Xerces Project Builder user, and want to submit patches to update those projects, I'll be happy to apply them and commit them. I'm just not going to maintain and support those projects myself.
If the Project Builder projects get too far behind the rest of the Xerces, we'll remove them entirely in the future. At the moment, these projects are not up to date with the changes for Xerces 2.4. (however, if you want to submit a patch...)
Regarding Xcode Projects:

I've committed new projects for Xcode. If you are a Xerces and Xcode user, I'd appreciate any feedback on these projects, especially in the next day or so.
