http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=25622 ValueHashTableOf only works if key is pointer to constant XMLCh string [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |INVALID ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-01-08 00:48 ------- I could be persuaded there's a documentation bug somewhere here (especially if someone offered a patch to fix it :) ). But this is how ValueHashTableOf has been for a long time, and no doubt there are external users who rely on it; so no question of altering the implementation at this stage. As to why not just const XMLCh *const: it is possible to use other kinds of objects in ValueHashTables, although it doesn't seem to be very common in our code (a brief search didn't net me any examples). --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
