-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I'm not really sure what XNI provides to the Java programmer. From reading the introductory comments I got the impression that it could be used to parse grammars expressed in other formats than DTD and XML Schema. Looking over the Xerces C documentation, I haven't seen mention of XNI. Does that mean it isn't there?
To cut to the chase, I want something that can validate against BNF, and/or convert BNF to XML Schema. I have the impression that such a conversion is, in principle, possible. I really don't have the time, nor the skills to get too far into implementing such a feature myself, but if it happens to be laying around collecting dust, I'd be happy to dust it off and take a look at it.
