OK, how about Google?
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=zip%2Eexe
which leads to:
http://lists.wku.edu/pipermail/info-zip/2002-April/000071.html
which leads to:
http://www.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/
All of which took about 20 seconds.

| Subject: Where can I find zip.exe?

Building with ICU requires zip.exe and perl on windows. I know where
to get Perl, but there's no pointers on where to get zip.exe. I have
winzip, but it's apparently not part of that package.
